Happy Wednesday! It’s Challenge day here again and time to get inspired! I designed the card layout shown here and then asked our Rock Stars to have some fun with it.

We will be accepting submissions to this F812 Sketch Challenge until 5pm EST on February 21st. All participants will be automatically entered into our random drawing. Then on February 22nd we will post a new challenge and announce the winner of our February challenges. One lucky person will win a $25 Repeat Impressions Gift Certificate!

Happy February everyone! Today’s Designer’s Choice Challenge is a technique challenge. This time Repeat Rock Star, Miriam Napier is challenging you all to create a card using heat embossing. Simple enough, right?! Check out this cute card Miriam created to get us started.

So a few days ago Miriam shared this inspiration card with her fellow Rock Stars and asked them to create their own cards using the heat embossing technique. Look at all the wonderful cards they came up with!

Now we’d love for you to play along with us!
Here are all the details…
1. Create a card that includes heat embossing. Remember, your card does not have to be made with Repeat Impressions stamps, but if you would like to include our designs we would reeeally love to see them! Plus, there’s an added bonus… you will get an additional entry in our random.org drawing for using our stamps in your submissions!
2. Post your DCC card on your blog or online gallery and be sure to reference Repeat Impressions DCC21 Designer’s Choice Challenge. Then link it here with the inlinkz widget below. (Please provide a direct link to your post, not the entire blog.)
3. Submissions will be accepted until Tuesday, February 14th at 5PM EST.
4. On February 15th we will introduce a new Designer’s Choice Challenge (DCC) to play along with and after that challenge wraps up we’ll announce the winner for February. For this challenge the winner will receive any one unmounted sheet of stamps of their choice!

I have one other important announcement to make today… Unfortunately it’s time to bid farewell to Rock Star, Vicki Dutcher. Vicki has created many wonderful cards for us in the past few months and we feel so fortunate to have gotten to know her. We are sorry to see her go, but we know we’ll be keeping up with this talented lady’s great creations in blogland. I’ll especially miss the fabulous way she has with color. All the best to you, Vicki, and thank you for helping to make this blog a great place to get inspired!
