Happy Wednesday everyone! It’s time again for a new Designer’s Choice Challenge. This week Melissa Cash is hosting with a great theme challenge… Celebrate Birthdays! Everyone’s got one and who doesn’t enjoy making birthday cards?!

Here’s the wonderful wine theme birthday card that Melissa created to get us all started.

So a few days ago Melissa shared this card with her fellow Rock Stars and asked them to create their own cards with a birthday theme. Check out all the fun and fabulous creations they came up with to inspire you this week!

And now it’s your turn. Here are all the details…
1. Create a card with a birthday theme. And remember, your creation does not have to be made with Repeat Impressions stamps, but if you would like to include our designs we would reeeally love to see them! 😀 Plus, there’s an added bonus… you will get an additional entry in our drawing for using our stamps in your submissions!
2. Post your DCC creation on your blog or online gallery and be sure to reference Repeat Impressions DCC827 ~ Celebrate Birthdays. Then link it here with the inlinkz widget below. (Please provide a direct link to your post, not the entire blog.)
3. Submissions will be accepted until Tuesday, September 9th at 5PM EST.
4. On September 10th we will introduce a new Designer’s Choice Challenge (DCC) to play along with and after that challenge wraps up we’ll announce our winner for September. For this challenge the winner will receive any one unmounted sheet of stamps of their choice!

Today we’re also announcing the winner of our August DCCs. So now without further ado… our friends at have selected… Theresa P as our August winner. Congratulations, Theresa! You just won an unmounted sheet of rubber stamps… any sheet of your choice! Please leave a comment here and I will contact you on how to make your selection.

Don’t forget that we also have a great Sketch Challenge happening now too. There are still a few days left to get in on this one and an opportunity to win a $25 Repeat Impressions gift certificate! Please follow this link to my WHAT IF? Wednesday ~ Sketch Challenge A2014 post to see my sketch layout and all the wonderful cards the Rock Stars created to get you started.

And last, but certainly not least… Today we bid farewell to Rock Star, Brenda Turner. It was so wonderful having Brenda on the team. She has been a real pleasure to work with and such an inspiration to everyone. We will miss you, Brenda, and all your beautiful RI card creations! Thank you for your time with us and all the best to you in your future creative endeavors. Thankfully the Internet makes the world a smaller place so I’m sure we’ll all be stopping by your blog now and then to see what you’ve been up to. :)

And thank you friends for visiting with us today. We hope you’ve found lots to inspire you and look forward to seeing your “Birthday” card linked here soon. And be sure to drop by again on Monday when Rock Star, Joy Hadden will be hosting and sharing her Project of the Week with us.

Until then… happy stamping!
