Yahoo! It’s WHAT IF? Wednesday again and we’ve got lots to smile about! It’s time for a new sketch challenge, the midway point to the weekend and we’re halfway to our first stamp show of the year too! More on that later. First we need to get your creative juices flowing. :-)

I designed the card layout shown here and then asked our Rock Stars to have some fun with it. Check out all the awesome cards they created! Bea-u-ti-ful!!

And now it’s your turn! The rules are really simple… Your card doesn’t even have to be made with Repeat Impressions stamps, but if you would like to include our designs we would really love to see them! :-) Plus you will get an additional entry in our random.org drawing for using our stamps in your submissions! Simply create a card based on my sketch, upload your card to your blog or Splitcoast gallery, then link your card here to this post by clicking on the little blue button below.

We will be accepting submissions to this J1211 Sketch Challenge until 5pm EST on January 25th. All participants will be automatically entered into our random drawing. Then on January 26th we will post a new challenge. And when that challenge wraps up we’ll announce the winner from our January challenges and one lucky person will win a $25 Repeat Impressions Gift Certificate!

So what are you waiting for?! Why not play along with us and start stamping up a card now. We can’t wait to see your creations! When you are ready to share your card, please add the direct link to your entry using the link button below. And please be sure to reference Repeat Impressions Sketch J1211 in your blog or gallery posting.

Now as I mentioned earlier, we’re halfway to our first stamp show of the year… literally! I’m writing this post now on route from Maine to Texas. What’s that saying about “it’s not the destination, it’s the journey”? In this instance I must disagree. Yup, three long days drive… sitting still for hours on end, battling crazy traffic and trying to dodge those snow storms that Mother Nature is determined to throw at us?! Nah, forget the journey… I’ll just be really glad to get there!

We’re kicking off our show season the usual way in Mesquite, TX with all our StampScrapArtTour friends. But this year should be extra fun because we have a special guest joining us. Repeat Rock Star, Joy Hadden will be visiting with us and helping out in our booth! We had the pleasure of meeting Joy briefly last summer when she was vacationing in Maine and can’t wait to spend more time with her. :-)

Thank you for visiting with us this week! We hope you’ll play along and look forward to seeing your sketch card linked here soon! And if you are anywhere near Mesquite, TX this weekend we’d love to see you there too! We’ll be at booth #6 at the Mesquite Convention Center.

Wendy

P.S. A friendly reminder… our J5 CASE Card Challenge wraps up next week. Submissions are being accepted until January 18th. And don’t forget we’re also holding a Design Team Call. We hope you’ll consider applying!
