Happy New Year to you! I hope you had a wonderful holiday season and also got a chance to check out our Rock Star Spotlight series last month. After a nice long break, the Rock Stars and I are ready to get back to our weekly challenges. And to celebrate the new year I decided we should shake things up a bit. We’ll be keeping our three most popular challenges, but adding a couple of fun new challenges to the mix… a Tic-Tac-Toe style challenge and an Inspiration Palette challenge. So be sure to visit often and have some fun with us this month!

To kick off 2017 we’re starting with one of our ever popular Designer’s Choice Challenges. RI Rock Star, Shirley Hotop is hosting and challenging you to create a winter card, but not Christmas . Sounds easy enough, right? So why not make a card and play along with us!

Here is the fabulous card that Shirley created to get everyone started.

Happy Hump Day, everyone! I am so relieved to finally be back at home. Three weeks on the road doing stamp shows was a bit too much. Oh boy, are we pooped!! And sadly, last week I had to make an unplanned quick trip back home to escort my sweet cancer kitty, Simon, to the Rainbow Bridge. :( Needless to say we are heartbroken here. If love could have saved him, he would have lived forever!!

On a happier note… It’s challenge day here again in “The House” and this week we have a fun Designer’s Choice Challenge for you. RI Rock Star, Kathy Stacy is hosting and challenging you to create a circular card.

Here is the beautiful card that Kathy created to get everyone started.
