Happy Monday everyone and I hope all our US readers had a wonderful holiday weekend! Summer is in full swing here and it has been crazy hot and humid in Maine over the last few days. But I guess I shouldn’t complain too much since a cool and rainy 4th of July doesn’t make for much of a fun celebration. We were some of the lucky ones!
