This is just a quick post to share my excitement at getting this blog back in order… Finally!! š If you have been a regular visitor to The House That Stamps Built then you must have noticed that we got off to a rocky start here at the beginning of the month.
Repeat Impressions closes up shop for a few weeks every December when business is a little slow and we can sneak away for our much needed annual vacation. This year the blog gods must have been against the idea because our blog up and disappeared on our first day away. š Definitely not what you want to see when you are away from your computer and traveling out of the country.
Fortunately, after a near meltdown and then a little long distance hand holding from my web host, we were back up and running within a few days. Lots of the design elements were lost along the way though so the blog hasnāt been too visually appealing in that way lately. Thank goodness for all the beautiful Rock Star creations to help smooth the way.
But tonight I am pleased to report that I have gotten the blog back to itās former glory so that I can finally relax. Whew!! I also used this learning experience to do a little blog house cleaning and updating. As it turns out, I learned that Google Friend Connect is no longer supported anywhere but on Blogger. So I have signed myself up for a Bloglovinā account and am adding one of their buttons here. It looks like a great, easy way to stay on top of your favorite blogs. So if you donāt use their service already I hope you might consider joining me and check them out. And of course follow this blog with Bloglovin too!
